Vesna DEZElJIN
teaches Italian at the University of Zagreb and at the University of Rijeka. Her interests focus on language contacts and on topics related to textuality and pragmatics. Apart from numerous papers, she is the author of the book Elementi alloglotti nella prosa dialogata degli scrittori triestini Carpinteri e Fataguna come riflesso di contatti culturali e linguistici, Pécs, 2012. She is a member of several associations (SILFI, A.I.P.I., HDPL, HFD) and vice-editor of the periodical „Strani jezici“.
