Daniele MAZZA
studied Classics at the University of Pisa (Italy), where he achieved both his Bachelor Degree (2006) and his Master Degree (2008) under the supervision of Prof. Guido Paduano, being at the same time a student at the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa (Diploma di Licenza in 2009). From 2008 until 2012 he has done his PhD jointly at the Universities of Roma1-Sapienza and Aristoteleio Panepistimio Thessalonikis (Greece) under the supervision of Prof. Massimo Di Marco and Prof. Antonios Rengakos, writing in a dissertation with title La fortuna della poesia ellenistica nelle Dionisiache di Nonno di Panopoli examined and approved in December 2012. His main field of interest is postclassical (Hellenistic and Imperial) Greek Poetry.
